Here’s how it works:
1. APPLY TO ATTEND
Submit your information along with a seat-hold deposit.
2. APPLICATION REVIEW
Our team reviews each application to ensure alignment with the purpose and standards of the summit. You will be contacted directly with a decision.
3. IF ACCEPTED
If your application is accepted, your attendance is confirmed and your seat remains secured. Your deposit will be refunded on the day of the event upon registration check-in.
4. IF NOT ACCEPTED
If your application is not approved, your deposit will be refunded.
Important Clarification: The seat-hold deposit is not a ticket purchase and does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance is only confirmed after review.
