When and where is the Summit?

The Level Up Claims Summit will take place June 14 & 15, 2024 in Metairie, LA at the new Insurance Claim HQ offices. The address is 3001 17th Street, Metairie, LA.

Where should I stay for the Summit?

This event is two full days, so if you are traveling in, make sure to stay in Metairie near Causeway Blvd. There are several hotels in the area.

Where can I park?

VIP ticketholders get free parking on-site at the venue. On-premise parking for General Admission ticketholders is a first come, first served basis. Additionally, there is limited street parking near the venue.

Can I bring my colleagues or staff?

You’re encouraged to bring staff that is integral to your team. They’ll learn vital marketing and operations tools, as well as how to maximize dollars earned on claims. Just make sure to add all the names and email addresses of every ticket holder upon checkout.

Should I refer colleagues?

Yes! You’re encouraged to invite colleagues who might also benefit from this industry-leading experience.

What does my ticket get me?

We have two ticket tiers: VIP and General Admission. A VIP ticket will get you priority seating close to the stage, an invitation to our VIP dinner, parking on-site, access to presentation recordings for one year, a special Summit gift, lunch, and access to our reception. General Admission tickets get you access to the same invaluable information, lunch, and access to our reception.

Who are the speakers?

Speakers will be announced and posted on our main page as we get closer to the event date. Just know they are highly accomplished in their field and will be ready to share the secrets to unlocking the next level for your business.

I work for an insurance company, can I come?

No thank you.

What is the refund policy?

If you have purchased tickets, but are unable to attend Level Up Claims Summit, we are happy to provide a full refund on your ticket purchase up until May 1, 2024. Just email summit@hairshunnarah.com. After that date, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague at no cost.

What do I need to bring?

Bring yourself with a mindset of growth. Other than that, make sure to bring your ID. We ask that you don’t use your phone or laptop during presentations. There will be plenty of time to check emails and make calls during the designated break periods each day.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Nope. This event will sell-out, and until it does, ticket prices will only go up. Do not plan on showing up the day of to buy a ticket.

Can I go to the VIP dinner with a General Admission ticket?

No. The VIP dinner is only reserved for our VIP ticketholders.

Is everybody invited to the reception?

After two whole days of learning, we wanted you to have an opportunity to meet the other people in the room. We will be providing music as well as open bar so you can make connections and expand your network. So stay around and hang out with us.
