When and where is the Summit?
The Level Up Claims Summit will take place June 7, 2025 in Metairie, LA at the new Insurance Claim HQ offices. The address is 3001 17th Street, Metairie, LA.
Where should I stay for the Summit?
This event is a full day, so if you are traveling in, make sure to stay in Metairie near Causeway Blvd. There are several hotels in the area.
Where can I park?
On-premise parking for attendees is first come, first served. Additionally, there is limited street parking near the venue.
Why is it invitation-only this year?
We value education above all else. So, we want to cater to those in the industry who will commit to learning and growing.
Can I bring my colleagues or staff?
You’re encouraged to bring staff that is integral to your team. They’ll learn vital marketing and operations tools, as well as how to maximize dollars earned on claims. Just make sure to add anyone you’re bringing to the registration form.
Should I refer colleagues?
Yes! You’re encouraged to invite colleagues who might also benefit from this industry-leading experience to register to attend.
I work for an insurance company, can I come?

What do I need to bring?
Bring yourself with a mindset of growth. Other than that, make sure to bring your ID. We ask that you don’t use your phone or laptop during presentations. There will be plenty of time to check emails and make calls during the designated break periods each day.
Will there be a VIP dinner this year?
Of course there will be! Everybody in attendance is invited our VIP dinner.
Is everybody invited to the reception?
After listening to some of the most insightful speakers, we wanted you to have an opportunity to meet the other people in the room. We will be providing music as well as open bar so you can make connections and expand your network. So stay around and hang out with us.
