When and where is the Summit?

The Level Up Claims Summit will take place June 12, 2026 in Metairie, LA at 3001 17th Street, Metairie, LA.

Where should I stay for the Summit?

If traveling in, we recommend staying in Metairie near Causeway Boulevard. There are several hotel options within a short drive of the venue.

Where can I park?

On-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Limited street parking is also available near the venue.

Why is it invitation-only this year?

The Level Up Claims Summit is curated to preserve the quality of discussion and ensure alignment among attendees.

Attendance is limited to professionals actively working in the property casualty industry who are committed to growth, execution, and meaningful participation.

How does the invitation process work?

To request an invitation, submit your information along with a refundable seat-hold deposit per attendee.

All requests are reviewed prior to confirmation.

  • If an invitation is extended, your deposit will be refunded on-site at registration.

  • If an invitation is not extended, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Submission does not guarantee attendance.

Can I bring my colleagues or staff?

Yes.

You are encouraged to invite team members who play a meaningful role in your operations.

Each attendee must request an invitation individually and submit a separate refundable deposit. Full name, email, and phone number are required for each person.

Should I refer colleagues?

Yes.

If you know professionals who would benefit from this experience and align with the event’s purpose, they are welcome to request an invitation.

I work for an insurance company, can I come?

The Summit is designed for policyholder-side professionals and operators. Attendance requests from insurance company representatives are not accepted.

What do I need to bring?

Bring a growth-oriented mindset and a willingness to engage.

Please bring a valid ID for check-in.

We ask that attendees remain fully present during sessions. Designated breaks will provide time to handle calls and emails.

Will there be a VIP dinner this year?

Yes.

An evening dinner will follow the day’s programming. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dinner access requires a separate refundable dinner deposit, which may be added during the invitation request process.

Dinner seating is confirmed only after approval and capacity availability.

If dinner space is not available or not confirmed, the dinner deposit will be refunded in full.

Is there a reception?

Yes.

Following the day’s sessions, we host a networking reception to encourage meaningful conversations among attendees.

Who are the speakers?

Speakers will be announced on the main site as confirmations are finalized.

Each speaker is selected based on real-world experience and practical expertise — not presentation style.
